❓ How often is data pulled from my HRIS?

Data is pulled from HRIS every day at 5am in your timezone. The data is also synced during the day if an admin from a Company updates (or created) the HRIS sync settings.

❓ Does Zavvy send notifications to private or work E-Mail?

If a private E-mail is provided, all communication is sent to the private e-mail before the hire date. On the hire date, we will automatically switch the email from private to work E-Mail, so your new hires start with E-Mails to fresh work E-Mail from day one. 🤩

🎥  How can I delete users on Zavvy?

• ‍Synced users from Personio, Bamboo and HiBob:
• Zavvy only syncs people who are marked as active on the HRIS system
• However, once they are synced for the first time, Zavvy does not delete these people anymore. That's why the new hire you marked as inactive is still on Zavvy
• You can safely delete him, and he won't be synced with the daily sync anymore
