Navigating the library as an employee

Everyone in your company has access to the library, and therefore all Zavvy journeys and resources in your library. They can enroll themselves in a journey or start a resource.

Enrolling into a journey

People that self-enroll get the same experience as anyone that you assign. The only difference is that the journey will start the day they self-enroll, obviously. 😊

ℹ️ Note: If you enable self-enrollment for a cohort journey, people can either create a new cohort or join an existing one. This way you can even let them start group courses on their own 👩‍👩‍👦‍👦 ✨

External Library

Starting external resources

Clicking on “Start” on a resource adds that resource to your home dashboard under Learning and then Active resources. Here you can access it and mark it as complete once you are done with it.

ℹ️ Note: Your people will need to go to the respective provider platform to do the course.
