Journey notifications

When you assign a journey, the assignees will receive a series of notifications. What kind of notifications and how many they receive depends on your setup.

Non-sequential journey

• Assignment notification (see example below)
• Deadline reminders (if you added a deadline)

Sequential journey

• Step notifications
• Deadline reminders (if you added a deadlines

You can fully customize the emails you send for each step notification (see example below). If you leave it empty, we will send a standard text instead.
