Analyzing your results

To analyze your results you need to navigate to the analytics tab on the feedback page.

Here you can analyze all of your feedback cycles. There are three different visualizations: The heatmap and the 9-box diagram, and the individual view with all qualitative feedback

There’s no need to wait until the cycle has finished. Results will start coming in whenever feedback is submitted 🎉

Heatmap

The heatmap will show you the results per reviewee for rating questions of a cycle. To explore filter by feedback cycle and question.

9-box

The box-view is particularly useful to get an overview about everyone’s performance in certain aspects at one glance.

For example, in the screen below the cycle asked managers to rate their direct reports on performance and potential. You can now easily identify your top performers in the upper right corner, people with high potential but skills gaps in the upper left, and people with low potential and performance in the lower left.

Filters

On top of the heatmap and the 9-box you can find filters to drill down into your results. Here you can filters for competencies, managers, names, departments, locations, or hire date. You could for example:

  • compare departments
  • compare managers
  • compare people by hiring cohort
  • compare locations
