Embed media (videos, forms, docs etc.) in your journey

Add a step called “content” from the dropdown in the journey builder.
Step 2: Edit your content step
Type “/” for commands 🚀
Just type “/” to see all the elements you can add. By typing and hitting enter you don’t need to move a finger to the mouse anymore.
Adding text
To add text, simply start typing. For different kinds of text use the “/”.
Start typing “/” and then choose from Headline 1, Headline 2, Headline 3, or stylized text like bulleted lists, numbered lists, code blocks, or even quotes.
Moving text
To move text, just mark the text you’d like to move and drag it around.
Adding Hyperlinks
To add a hyperlink to your text simply follow the steps below:
- Copy the URL you want to link
- Mark the text where you would like to have the link
- Hit cmd+v to insert the link
Adding images
Just take an image from a folder or your desktop and drag it into the builder. Make sure you see the “———” before dropping it, otherwise the image will open in a new tab.
To move images, just grab and drag them like text.
Alternatively, you can use the “add image”-command like in the video below.
Resizing images
Currently, you cannot resize images directly in the builder.
The uploaded images have the same size as the original ones. It is only restricted by the max-width of the content container. Which, in the journey builder is ~744px.
Therefore, you can upload the images in a smaller size and they will be uploaded in the original size. See the example below where the width of the image (in this case the purple block) is varied between 700px, 300px, and 150px.
To resize your images you can use a tool like Figma (if you’re familiar with it) or any of the many images resize websites you find on Google.
Embedding media
To embed content simply type “/” and select “add learning resource”, or type “/add learning resource” directly. Select the type of content you’d like to add just like before, enter URL, and done! 🙌
To move embedded media, just grab and drag it like text. Note, for videos you need to grab the lower white area.
