Navigating Zavvy as an employee

Zavvy provides employees with a clear and comprehensive understanding of their impact, career growth, and the relationships that can help them achieve their goals.

Home page

The Home page provides a snapshot of your current status. Here, you can view upcoming tasks, updates, or 1:1 meetings. The page also includes quick actions for everyday tasks throughout Zavvy.

Employees can*

  • Access the library to find and self-enroll in courses and journeys
  • Access their journeys and journey tasks
  • Access their feedback and feedback tasks
  • Create focus areas in their personal development plan
  • Plan and prepare for their 1:1s
  • View their manager and buddy
  • Review stats about their activity

*Assuming that you have all modules on Zavvy enabled

Zavvy modules

The home dashboard and navigation will vary depending on which modules you use (Onboarding, Feedback, etc.). You have control over what your employees can see.

In general, you’ll have:

  • Check-ins
  • Feedback
  • Trainings
  • Growth plan
  • Sessions
  • Career (paths) (in the navigation on the left)
  • Library (in the navigation on the left)
By default, when you first access Zavvy as an admin, all modules will be displayed. We do this to allow you to explore Zavvy's functionalities more effectively.
However, if you don’t want to use a module, it won’t be shown to your employees.
