Publishing journeys to the Library

Publish Zavvy journeys to the library for self-enrollment

You can either assign journeys or publish them to the library so people can enroll themselves. To publish a journey to your library you need to enable the option “self-enrollment”.

Step 1: Enable Self-enrollment in the journey

To do so, go to the journey settings, scroll down, and find the option “self-enrollment”. Enable the option through the toggle.

Step 2: Publish your changes

Next, hit publish to publish your changes. (Might happen that you forget 😁)

Step 3: Check the library

Once you publish, your journey appears in the Library under the tab Zavvy Journeys.

Now, everyone in your company can see the journey. So make sure your journey is ready to 🚀 before you enable it for self-enrollment.

Remove Journeys from the Library

If you want to remove a journey from the library again, simply go back to the journey settings, disable self-enrollment, and hit publish again.
