Give people feedback on their performance based on expectations for their career path and job level.
Link feedback questions with competencies
If you want to link questions to the competencies (e.g., “To what extent would you say that you meet your role expectations”), you need to enable the checkbox “Ask this question about person’s competencies, if they have any” in the respective question.
The question will then be asked for every competency of a person. (We take the competencies from the career path and respective level a person is assigned to, so don’t forget to assign people role cards before you enable this).
In the example below you can see how the Senior Product Manager needs to rate himself on all the competencies expected for his role, one by one.
