Calibration

Calibration is a great way to reduce bias and subjectivity in manager ratings. To enable it, add downward feedback to your cycle and enable calibration.

Enabling calibration will add an extra phase - the calibration phase - to your cycle.

During this phase, admins can discuss the ratings with managers and adjust the scores if needed.

Calibration is only possible if your cycle includes downward feedback. Self-, peer or upward scores cannot be calibrated.
