Invite new team members

Do you want to invite other team members or people you would like to test Zavvy with together?

Just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to your data center

Navigate to Zavvy and find data in the left side navigation.

Step 2: Click on “add people”

Find the button “Add people” and click on it.

Step 3: Invite the person

Add either company or private email and add your teammate.

Assuming you want to collaborate with the other admin immediately, you will want to send the invitation also immediately.

Optional: Make them an admin

Adding a user, by default adds them as “learner”. This means they’ll have restricted rights.

If you want to add a teammate or collaborator it makes sense to make them an admin.

Again, head to the data center and find the person you want to make an admin in the table.

Scroll to the right and find the column “role”. Here you can see that they are a “learner”.

Click on the dropdown and make them an “admin”.

💡Please note: When you invite employees to Zavvy, they automatically have an "active" status. Right now, this "active" status is controlled by the HRIS Sync:
  1. An employee's status on Zavvy will only change to "inactive" if their status is set as "inactive" in the HRIS system.
  2. You can't manually change an employee's status to "inactive" on Zavvy; it's all handled by the HRIS Sync.
Important:  Zavvy doesn't include "inactive" employees in certain processes. This means that if an employee is marked as "inactive," they won't be part of assignment automations e.g., in feedback cycles or journeys.
