Create your Onboarding in 5 simple steps

Step 1: Copy the 90-day Onboarding Template
Go to templates and find the 90-day onboarding template. This is the most extensive one, however, you can easily trim it down.
Step 2: Pick & choose the steps you like
Go through the steps and check for every step, whether you want to include it. If not, just delete it. Remember, you can always access the steps again by copying the template again.
Step 3: Replace placeholder content and finalize your timeline
Now it’s time to make the journey your own. Replace all the [company name]-placeholders, add some images, and make it feel like yours. There’s no limit on how much you can do here. But don’t overdo it, start small and iterate faster. 💪
Optional: Review
You may want to assign it to a colleague to get feedback and improve your journey or run a dry run with yourself.
Step 4: Kick it off 🚀
Once you’re happy with your journey, you’re ready to go. You can simply assign every new hire individually, or automate the process if you have many new hires every month. Learn how to assign your journey here.
How long it will take you
This really depends on how much additional content you want to include. You can easily kick off your onboarding journey within 2-3h of editing, but usually, we see people up and running within roughly a week alongside their usual day-to-day business.
