Add a quiz
Why Quizzes
Quizzes are a great option to test knowledge and consolidate learning.
On Zavvy you can evaluate comprehension with single and multiple-choice questions, including true/false options. Let your people retake to practice.
Track scores and retakes for everyone at a glance.
How to set up quizzes
Quizzes are part of Zavvy’s Journeys. This means you need to create a journey to make use of quizzes. Here’s how:
Step 1: Create a journey (or edit an existing one)
Go to Zavvy and create a journey (from scratch or from one of our templates), or use one of your existing journeys.
Step 2: Add a quiz step
From the dropdown pick the quiz-step and add it to your journey.
Step 3: Enable or disable retakes
If you allow retakes, your people will be able to do the quiz over and over again, regardless of whether they pass or not.
Step 4: Add questions
You can either add single- or multiple-choice questions.
- Single choice: People can only choose one option
- Multiple choice: People can choose multiple options
When adding the question, add the question, an optional description, and choose the correct answer. Done 🎉
How do people engage with quizzes?
Watch the video below to see what it looks like if someone takes a quiz, fails, and retakes.
Track people’s scores and retakes
You need to go to the person's assignment to track your people’s scores and the number of attempts. Just click on the person in the assignment reporting or on the assignment tab.
Find the quiz step and check on the person’s score. Approach the score with the mouse, then you can additionally see an overview of all attempts a person has made.
